Dedicated and student-focused professional with 2 decades of service in the educational field in Dubai. During this time, I have successfully carried out multiple roles as a teacher, administrator, headmistress, vice principal, and currently in the role of principal at TIAD.  I have a bachelor’s degree in economics, a Master’s in sociology, and a B. Ed in English and Social Studies. I am focused on making classroom learning enjoyable and am mindful of the importance of both academic achievement and the overall development of all students. I have been in the inspection cycles in various schools from the inception of the DSIB inspection cycle in Dubai’s leading schools.

At TIAD I believe in providing a well-balanced, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all students. My strengths include observing and evaluating lessons, monitoring student progress, guiding teachers to employ effective and engaging differentiated classroom practices, and looking into the whole school’s operations. I am driven by the motive of Mental Wellness and am focused on the well-being of my school community. I have been a speaker at various educational forums. Winner of Winner Mom best academician also received the best teacher ward from the Indian consulate in 2021.
