Ms. Beenu Bobby is a postgraduate in Chemistry (MSC.Ed) and has a Bachelor’s Degree in an integrated education programme; BSC.Ed. She has completed about 17 years in the educational field under various capacities.
She has always been passionate about teaching, enriching and inspiring students and firmly believes that teachers play a crucial role in a child life’s by imparting the skills and values that will enable them to make a significant contribution for themselves, their family, nation and to the world. In her capacity as an HOD in a previous school in Dubai she had led the Science department to an Outstanding rating during KHDA inspections. In addition to being the Head of Middle School (year 5-8), she also is responsible for Curriculum, Teaching and Learning with the intent to further develop and augment the children’s experiences in the classroom enabling them to develop their enquiry skills and willingness to extend their learning beyond the classroom. She believes in leadership through transformation and uses her core competency in mentoring and coaching teachers in addition to using the curriculum to ensure that all group of students and provided with equal opportunities to excel.
