Reading is one of the most fundamental skills a child needs to learn to succeed in life. Developing good reading habits is vital for a child’s future not just academically, but in everyday life as well.

To promote to the children the reading habit in school during every class breaks and at home, The Apple International School conducted a “Sing-A-Song Competition”

The event not only gave the teachers and students to create new ideas but also a chance to find out more closely how reading books enhance their learning. The Handmade props and instruments were also witnessed at the stage. Each class showcased their talent in singing and playing musical instruments. The students used their Club lesson to prepare for the event.

The presence of Ms. Pranjala, the Principal of the Apple International School made the event special.

At the end of the competition, Ms.Pranjala, the ever-supportive Principal announced the winner and declared that everyone deserves to be rewarded.

The event was hosted by Shamima Jarangpathy, Year 4D .
